个人简介:侯振非,西安交通大学工学博士,现为太阳集团tyc33455信息科学与电气工程学院讲师,硕士生导师。主讲课程为传感器与检测技术,人工智能基础等。科研方面,主要从事低维纳米材料微纳集成器件及TCAD仿真方面的研究。作为主要成员参与了国家自然科学基金、装备部项目以及国际合作项目等。在《IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices》、《Journal of Materials Chemistry C》、《Journal of Applied Physics》、《Nanotechnology》、《Diamond and Related Materials》等期刊发表论文15篇,其中第一作者论文6篇。
